Information Intake & Your Vibes

What a crazy world we are living in right now. I mean – COVID19, unemployment, stay-at-home orders – it is all crazy! It’s hard to start in a positive mindset when so much shit is going on in the world. Through all the craziness, it’s important to what the information you are intaking. The information intake affects your vibrations in the world.

And it’s so easy to do today. We are stuck inside glued to social media, getting constant bombardments on different updates within the world. But every single thing that you take in effects your vibes in your life.

Perfect vibrations are frictionless. It’s true surrender. It is a peace of mind – a relaxation – moment to moment living knowing that everything is happening in the right moments in your life. It’s constant happiness and a smile on your face. It’s all the good things you love in life – wrapped into one. That moment – that spot where everything in the world is perfect, is where I want to be all the time. It’s just pure bliss – nothing better.

It’s hard to get to this spot. There is mental clarity involved, knowing what you want out of life. There is clearing the space for the mind in order to fully observe everything going on around you. And there is patience – the surrender of knowing all in the time of the universe will things come my way.

And it takes work to get to that moment. And even if you are in that moment – all it takes is one little thing to through you off your vibrations.

The information you take in on a daily basis is affecting your mindset. Literally – the diet of what you consume (and we aren’t talking food here) literally can make or break you to get to where you want to go.

If you have a higher vision of your self, and you are wondering why you aren’t seeing it happen in your life – look around you. What in your life is causing you pain? What in your life is making you sad or depressed? What are you reading that makes you feel bad or inadequate? What goes on at the work that causes you to come home mad and upset? What social media site causes your anxiety to spike with F.O.M.O.?

All these things affect your vibrations. And when your vibrations are down, it’s like a kink in the hose of the abundance you are looking for.

The negativity is all around you. It is hard to escape it all the time. Actually – it’s nearly impossible to escape it any of the time. But what you can do is make a conscious decision to turn off the news. Shut down Facebook. Cure what is causing the pain. Change jobs. Do whatever you have to do to remove the negative things from your life. That clears the space for positivity, which is a way better emotion anyways. That positivity leads to higher vibrations, which leads to the abundance in life you are looking for.

Easier said than done? Like everything else – yes. But this is a spiritual practice – you are meant to keep working on it until you perfect it. And then when you think you have perfected it – you practice more.

The first step here is to watch your emotions. When the news comes on about the latest COVID19 deaths, how does that make you feel? Not good? Swap out that information. Literally turn off the TV or the internet and go grab a motivation book, or read another blog post from here. That is how you start changing your mind – are you start changing your mind. Make the decision that you will no longer put up with what doesn’t serve you. You are ready – dedicated – and willing to surrender.

So what the information you are intaking, raise your vibrations, and watch your life soar!
